3albal users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data directly from the 3albal mobile application.

You can request permanent account deletion directly from the app.
Delete your account from the 3albal app
Follow these steps inside the mobile application.
Open the 3albal app.
Sign in to your account.
Open My Account.
Select Delete Account.
Review the account deletion information.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed according to our data retention requirements.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot access your 3albal account or the mobile application, you can request account deletion by contacting:

Use the subject "Delete My 3albal Account" and contact us from the email address associated with your account whenever possible.
Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify account ownership.
What data will be deleted?
When your account is deleted, personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable, including:
- ✓ Account profile information
- ✓ Name
- ✓ Email address
- ✓ Phone number
- ✓ Saved account-related information where applicable
Data that may be retained
Certain transaction, order, payment, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or other records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business purposes or to comply with applicable legal, accounting, regulatory, or security obligations.
Where appropriate, personal information contained in retained records will be minimized or anonymized.
