These Terms govern your use of 3albal – عل بال. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Introduction
3albal – عل بال is a digital marketplace for discovering, purchasing, and sending gifts and other products from participating stores in Jordan.
2. Eligibility
You may use 3albal independently if you are legally able to enter into agreements. Users under the applicable legal age should use the service with a parent or legal guardian.
3. Nature of the Platform
3albal connects customers with participating stores. Stores are independent and remain responsible for product availability, descriptions, images, preparation, quality, and fulfillment. 3albal facilitates discovery, ordering, communications, payment instructions, and delivery coordination.
4. Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of their credentials. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
5. Orders
Orders may include recipient details, delivery address, date and time, special notes, gift messages, payment information or confirmation, and other information necessary to fulfill the order. Orders remain subject to availability and acceptance.
6. Payments
The payment methods currently available are shown during checkout. Bank transfer / CliQ may be available. Users may be asked to provide a payment reference and/or receipt image. Orders requiring verification may remain pending until verification is completed.
7. Prices, Discounts and Coupons
Prices are displayed in JOD. Discounts, promotions, coupons, delivery fees, and the final order total are shown where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors or cancel an order affected by a clear technical or pricing mistake.
8. Delivery
Available delivery options may include standard delivery and same-day delivery for eligible products and locations. Same-day delivery depends on availability, preparation time, order time, selected slot, delivery capacity, and recipient location. Delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, store delays, incorrect information, or operational conditions.
9. Recipient Information and Gift Orders
Users may place orders for another person. The ordering user is responsible for having a legitimate reason and appropriate authority to provide the recipient information necessary to complete the delivery.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status and product type. Orders that are already being prepared, customized, perishable, or time-sensitive may not be eligible for cancellation. Approved refunds are handled within a reasonable time using the appropriate payment arrangement.
11. Reviews and User Content
Users may be able to submit ratings, reviews, comments, messages, gift messages, images, or other content. Users must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary.
12. Notifications and Communications
3albal may send communications relating to orders, payments, delivery, accounts, support, service updates, and platform functionality. Push notifications depend on device permissions and settings.
13. Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms.
14. Account Deletion
Users can request permanent account deletion directly inside the 3albal mobile app through the Delete Account option in the account area. Certain order, transaction, payment, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or regulatory records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
15. Intellectual Property
The 3albal name, logo, branding, application, website, software, interface, design, text, and original content belong to 3albal or their authorized owners. Participating stores retain their own trademarks, product images, and product information.
16. Third-Party Services
3albal may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, notifications, communications, email, analytics, payments, verification, or other infrastructure. Their availability may affect certain platform features.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3albal is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Participating stores remain responsible for the products they supply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Jordanian law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the platform, services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The latest version will be published with an updated date.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
